WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES PORSH ACCEPT?

HOW IS PORSH FEAST MUA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MAKEUP ARTISTS?

Specializing in heavy glam and inspired heavily by the drag community, Porsh has years of experience dealing with clients from a beauty therapy background. I aim to give you the feeling of empowerment while letting you feel comfortable & confident in my studio. Porsh has been practicing makeup professionally for 2 years and continuously aims to improve in all areas by studying in masterclasses online often and currently studies with the P.Louise academy online.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • ALL MAKE UP SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE APPLICATION OF SINGLE  SET FALSE LASHES AND HIGHLIGHTING/CONTOURING


  • A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS, AS A DEPOSIT. THIS WILL THEN SECURE ALL BOOKINGS


  • PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE BOOKING, FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF APPOINTMENT. 


  • DEPOSITS MAY BE PAID AS A CASH PAYMENT OR DIRECT DEPOSIT OR THROUGH PAYMENT LINK


  • TRIALS ARE AVAILABLE IN STUDIO BETWEEN TUES-THURS FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF A FULL GLAM MAKEUP SESSION


  • ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION


  • LATE ARRIVALS-  ARRIVING 10 MINUTES+ LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. EACH BOOKING WILL REQUIRE THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME QUOTED, FOR PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION. AS BOOKINGS ARE MADE BACK TO BACK, THEY CANNOT RUN OVERTIME. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ARRIVE 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME


  • PHOTOS MAY BE TAKEN BEFORE & AFTER MAKEUP/ PMU APPLICATION AND MAY BE USED ON SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS & OUR WEBSITE


  • THE CLIENT SHALL INFORM THE ARTIST OF ANY ISSUES THAT MAY AFFECT THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO SENSITIVITIES, ALLERGIES, AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS. WE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES THAT ARE INCURRED DUE TO THE CLIENT'S FAILURE TO INFORM THEM OF ANY KNOWN CONDITIONS.


  • THE ARTIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO THE CLIENT OR BRIDAL PARTY WHO HAVE INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS, OR CONTRAINDICATIONS, OR DISPLAY INAPPROPRIATE, ABUSIVE, OR THREATENING BEHAVIOUR. IF SERVICES ARE REFUSED THE BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, THIS IS TO COVER THE LOSS OF APPOINTMENT.


  • BY FINANCIALLY SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT (BY DEPOSIT) YOU ARE ALSO DECLARING THAT YOU HAVE READ & AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS 


  • CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE 72 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT TIME, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CONCUR  LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

  • NO SHOW'S WILL RECEIVE 1 STRIKE, IF YOU GET A STRIKE YOU HAVE 2 FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE FUTURE BOOKINGS, IF YOU RECEIVE 3 STRIKES YOU WILL BE REFUSED AS A CLIENT AND NOT RECEIVE A REFUND


  • IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT AGREE WITH THE ARTISTS PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATION/ PRE DRAW FOR PMU THE ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO CONTINUE THE SERVICE AS THE ARTIST HAS THE CLIENTS BEST INTERESTS AT HEART

  • ALL BRIDAL PACKAGES MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE
